Enjoy a taste of the tropics with this luscious blend of exotic fruits, great for a breakfast treat.
- 1⁄2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 passion fruit, pulp scooped out and reserved
- 1⁄2 medium pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 8 -10 lychees, peeled and stoned
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 3 -4 ice cubes
- Place the mango, passion fruit pulp, pineapple, lychees, lime juice and ice cubes in a jug blender.
- Blend until well-mixed.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve at once.
