Make and share this Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing - Dairy Free recipe from Food.com.
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch dry mustard (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated onion (optional)
- marjoram, as desired, small amounts
- Place all ingredients in a clean bottle, cover and store in fridge. Shake before using.
This is great! I made it up today, for lunch salad, and I loved it. Next time I make it, I'm going to try and add some Parmesan cheese to it, and let you know how it went. This is one recipe I will definitely be doing again and again. Thanks, Chelle_N, for a great recipe. Kayne
