  1. Mix the first five ingredients in a microwave safe dish until partly blended. Put margarine on top of the mixture and microwave it for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Mix ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased 8 inch square dish. Let it chill for an hour before serving. Store the fudge in the refrigerator.

This is delicious but didn't really turn out like fudge for me, more like fudge frosting as it never set properly. Still, I'm happy to eat it with a spoon! I used semi-skimmed milk instead of rice milk and butter instead of margarine. Also, as a side note, this recipe can't be dairy free as it contains margarine which is definately a dairy product. You can get vegan margarine however.
